I have a few of these pieces of lace that have the same design. I think that are from the corner of an old veil.
This piece only has a couple of tiny holes in the net and the seam requires re-stitching in parts.
The central seam measures 26cms.
This lace has been cleaned because when I bought it had been in storage for a long time and had originally been dyed with tea as was the fashion at that time.
It is now back to its original colour.
