Black with sparkly stoned vintage dress topper. – SALE

What a lovely addition this would make to a t shirt or plain dress. Just adds a little sparkle.
The sparkly stones are claw set and go all around the garment stitched on the edge of black velvet ribbon. The black fabric is very fine and doubled.
I must point out that there is a small hole on the front although the lower layer of fabric is undamaged. I thought that an embellishment of some kind or a brooch would easily hide this.
Measurements:
28cms from the shoulder to the lower edge underneath the arm hole.
