An antique Chinese embroidered fish hanging. Ref:228640 Two fish embroidered and padded with long tassels hanging from a pattern of brown beads. The fish are embroidered with silk thread and gold thread. Some of the gold thread is loose but could easily be stitched down again. All of the beads are complete but one string requires a little stitch. All tassels are in very good condition and are approx. 22cms long. the whole hanging is 38cms long and the fish are 9.5cms x 7.5cms. With a few minutes work this hanging will look even more wonderful. |
